I'm Tahz.

I’m Tahzjuan Hawkins, a licensed real estate broker with The Agency, serving Denver, Seattle, and Bellingham. My background in tech and healthcare shapes the way I work: thoughtful questions, attention to detail, and a clear strategy built around you.

Whether you’re buying, selling, or investing, my role is to help you see the possibilities, understand the tradeoffs, and make your next move with confidence. I bring an eye for design, a thoughtful approach to negotiation, and a belief that you should always understand the reasoning behind a recommendation.

Beyond real estate, I’m a traveler and the voice behind The Most Valuable Asset, a weekly publication about building wealth from the inside out.

To me, being well advised means having someone who listens closely, speaks candidly, and keeps your goals at the center of every decision.
