Program description

kinshaw, a limited liability company ("we," "us"), the business entity of Tahzjuan Hawkins, offers an SMS text messaging program for individuals who check the text message box on a form on this website or otherwise consent to receive text messages from us. We use SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, notify clients of schedule updates or important changes, share listings, market updates, and follow-up communications related to real estate services.

Opting in

You opt in by checking the text message box on a form on this website. That box is optional and starts unchecked, and agreeing to texts isn't required to buy any property or service. If you share your phone number or email address, kinshaw, a limited liability company may also call or email you about your inquiry.

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the stage of your real estate transaction.

Opting out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
